World Online Premiere on Gamer's Gate: Darkstar One!

Gamer's Gate, the online retail hub for PC games, announced today the release of a new title Darkstar One on gamersgate.com.

Developed by Ascaron, this Action Space Adventure title is retailing for $39.99/€39.99. Centuries have passed since the great galactic war. The Great Council is watching over the peace and the powers of the empires. However, the galactic peace is in grave danger as races are growing increasingly suspicious after recent violent acts and have begun blaming each other - a new war seems inevitable.

In all this turmoil, our hero pilot Kayron Jarvis - discovers clues to a hidden secret - an unknown technology that is hidden within the Darkstar One appears to be the key... little does he know that an unforeseen twist will soon change the course of events dramatically....

· An elaborate story, related by more than fifty minutes of video sequences
